You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use FollowText for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or messaging without legally required consent. You comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules where applicable.
4. Fees
Paid plans bill according to the pricing you select. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach or risk. Provisions that should survive will survive.
