When one creates goal setting, one must also realize that the goal setting comes with a strategy or plan. A strategy or plan here can enable individuals to achieve great achievements in life.

When we look at a certain object, such as a painting... we aren't able to appreciate the forms in it; what was painted and what also makes the painting great, if it is just inches away from our face. However, if we try to back up from the painting so we can take in more of it, we get a clearer vision of the art work and the whole story it is trying to portray to us.
