I thought plucking a few strings would be so easy but not so. After all its just a few stings on a guitar,anyone can do that. Just pick up the old guitar and five munites later you can play like a real player.This did not happen,to me anyway. So I needed to understand more about it.So here we are.

What they are,a little on the basics of understanding them and just what it takes for you to get those sting humming a tune or two.The term tab or tabs, is short for tablature.This a form of musical score or writting in music I suppose, so that other players understand.

Although there are some drawbacks and limitations to tabs, it has become an extremely popular method to learn new playing techniques or to learn your favorite songs

Rather, guitar tabs deconstruct the song on paper then breaking it down and referencing how the player's fingers should be positioned for each note.

It literally walks the player through the musical score and allows them to follow at their own pace.
