Nowadays, cases of kidney stones in women are on the rise, as it was once thought that kidney stones occurred mostly in men. Over the past few years the incidence of the kidney stones in women is increasing. The wrong lifestyle of today has caused this to happen.

Strutuvite kidney stone cases in the women are increasing these days. These occur more in number in women than men. Chronic bacterial infection of the urinary tract is the primary cause. Diets, which are rich in calories and have lower proportions of proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. areamong the reasons.

Kidney stones is a disease in which stones occur in the kidneys. These stones are composed of foreign particles and some waste materials from the body and dead cells. During the initial stages it is important that the kidney stones be detected. Otherwise, they may be fatal. In most cases, the kidney stones consist of calcium aggregates. Women taking supplements of calcium, have the highest occurrence of these type of stones.

The consumption of beverages and other alcoholic products is another factor that is responsible for the higher occurrence of kidney stones in women. Men are less sensitive to them then women.

The pain in the lower abdomen during menstruation is a common symptom of kidney stones. Most kidney stones remain undetected during this time because the pain is very mild. However, if at the same time they experience some urinary problems such as pain during urination, change in color of urine, blood in urine, or disorders and other symptoms such as dullness, fever, nausea or vomiting and if no other reason is found for these, then kidney stones may be the reason.

Therefore, ideally, whenever these symptoms occur unexplainably, then this is a thing to worry. Then the reason for them to occur may be internal, therefore these should be taken seriously. As some serious disease may have occurred in the body and it may possibly be kidney stones.

If the menstrual pain persists even after the menstruation or even if it is abnormal, then there may be something wrong in the internal system of the body, most likely the kidneys.

Kidney stones are a serious disease, which can cause complications such as infections, blockages, inflammation and eventually they may lead to death. They should be removed from the body as soon as they are detected.

One of the treatments commonly used for the kidney stones is the uriflow. In this treatment some substances, which have properties through which they can dissolve the kidney stones, are taken orally. They dissolve the kidney stones and then the stones are removed from the body through the urine. In addition, the other drugs that are used in the uriflow treatment also, aid in the removal of the kidney stones from the body and in relieving the body from pain.
