In part thanks to PRODETUR, the national tourism expenditure program, infrastructure is improving in Brazil, with new bridges and roads being built, and as a result, tourism is flourishing. Immense demand for high standard resorts from tour operators has pressured developers, tightened market supply and forced rack rates and property values skyward. It is certain that in the future prices and rental fees will go up and up.

The economy of Brazil is, itself, thriving outside of tourism. (For instance, cell phones, aircraft and vehicle manufacturing industries.) and as one of the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) nations. When it comes to all the nations the experts predict that in the future they see Brazil as a economic power-house.

$1.8 billion is being spent by the Brazilian Government on infrastructure to support the expected tourism.

Tourism is rocketing, figures show that the numbers of visitors have quadrupled over the past 5 years.

The present inexpensive land and building prices coupled with proliferating tourism are generating an environment of rampant capital appreciation.

Natal especially will grow and blossom. As mentioned earlier, Natal is located in Rio do Grande Norte, a tourist hot spot that's growing more popular by the years. Unlike other Brazil cities and regions, Natal is in essence a lot closer to mainland Europe and America than other areas and so is very appealing investment for the UK and US markets in terms of holidaying and investing. The area offers a multitude of food, restaurants, culture and flights that are cheap and in abundance.

With large sandy beaches and tropical temperatures that soar into the 100's and promises of 6 million tourists and the fourth largest airport in the world, it is easy to understand why airlines are offering holiday packages and non-stop flights to Natal, a great escape hotspot.

The southern area is the most expensive, being three times as costly as Natal.

Natal is a great choice for Europe and US holiday makers as it is nearer to them in terms of location.

Beautiful blue water, warm sea breezes and coconut palm trees that line the coast and are all over the city are some of what makes Natal famous.

Journey time is expected to be less than 30 minutes due to the newly constructed bridge that connects Natal City and the beach resorts to the north.
